FAMU standout DL Savion Williams declares for NFL Draft


FAMU senior defensive line Savion Williams has made himself available for the 2021 NFL Draft, he announced via his twitter page. 

 

Williams, 6’4, 290 lbs, transferred to FAMU from the University of Tennessee in January, had a  standout season for the Rattlers with 17 solo tackles, 12 assists,  and 6.5 sacks.  The four star rated lineman, also played JUCO college ball at Lackawanna College.

 

In his announcement, Williams wrote that though his days on the “highest of seven hills weren’t the longest, they were among his best.  And, he’d relish the chance to play in Bragg one more time.”
